Buttons are an all-in-two nappy system comprising of a newborn nappy wrap/cover with snap-in inserts (inserts sold separately).   The wraps/covers can also be used with other brands of flat nappies, prefolds and fitted/2-part nappies.

Buttons newborn covers will fit most babies from around 7-12lbs and are perfect for the newborn stage.  If you are planning to use the Buttons inserts with your Buttons newborn cover, we would suggest the size Small inserts.
