    • Stay Dry Natural Duo Insert - The top insert of this two-insert system is constructed of three absorbent layers of organic cotton topped with our stay-dry, stain-resistant microfleece.
    • Natural Duo Insert - The top insert of this two-insert system is constructed of three layers of organic cotton.  
  • Bottom (2nd) insert of all three options consists of 5 layers of our super-absorbent 55% hemp - 45% organic cotton jersey.
